We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud platform—driving architecture, reliability, and operational excellence at scale.

What You'll Own

Platform Architecture & Strategy

•Architect and evolve scalable, secure cloud infrastructure

•Define infrastructure standards and long-term technical direction

•Drive cost optimisation and performance improvements

Reliability & Operations

•Own uptime, SLAs, and incident management practices

•Lead post-incident reviews and systemic improvements

•Define monitoring, alerting, and observability strategy

Automation & Engineering Enablement

•Lead Infrastructure as Code maturity and governance

•Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliability

•Enable engineering teams through better tooling and platform capabilities

What You'll Bring

Must-haves

•5–8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering

•Deep AWS and cloud architecture expertise

•Strong Infrastructure as Code experience

•Proven ownership of complex, production systems

•Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability

•Ability to influence teams and drive technical decisions

Strong signals

•Kubernetes and container platforms at scale

•Experience with high-availability SaaS products

•Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)

•Experience mentoring engineers and shaping practices
