Use ProfilHQ from Claude or ChatGPT.

Connect your ProfilHQ account to the assistant you already use, then ask it to tailor your resume for a job, check its ATS score or find jobs that fit. What it makes lands in your account, with a link you can share.

1. Look for ProfilHQ first

In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and search for ProfilHQ. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps and search for it there. If it is listed, choose it, press Connect, sign in to ProfilHQ and press Allow. That is all.

Not listed yet? Add it yourself with this address, as below. It takes about a minute.

2. Add it to Claude

On claude.ai or the Claude app, open Customize → Connectors (also under Settings).
Choose Add custom connector.
Name it ProfilHQ and paste the address above. Leave the advanced settings empty.
Press Add, then Connect. A ProfilHQ page opens: sign in, read what Claude will be allowed to do, and press Allow.
In a chat, open the + menu and make sure ProfilHQ is switched on. Then ask away.

On a Claude Team or Enterprise workspace, an owner adds the connector once for the organisation, and each member then presses Connect.

3. Add it to ChatGPT

Adding your own connector needs a paid ChatGPT plan, on chatgpt.com.
Open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and switch on Developer mode.
Back in Apps & Connectors, choose Create.
Name it ProfilHQ, paste the address above as the MCP Server URL, and pick OAuth for authentication.
Tick that you trust the app, press Create, then sign in to ProfilHQ and press Allow.
In a new chat, open the + menu, choose Developer mode and pick ProfilHQ. ChatGPT asks you to confirm before anything is changed.

Menu names in Claude and ChatGPT change from time to time. If one is different, look for “custom connector” or “MCP server”.

What your assistant can do

Build a new resume with you in conversation, in any of the templates
Make a version tailored to one job, leaving your original as it is
Check the ATS score of a resume, against a job posting if you give one
Edit sections of a resume you already have
Publish a resume or make it private again, when you ask
Search the job board, with a match number for each job against your resume
Tell you how often each resume was opened
Read your resumes and their links

Looking things up is free. Each change (creating, tailoring, editing, publishing) counts toward a monthly number set by your plan, and your plan’s usual limits on resumes and versions still apply:

Free: 20 changes a month
Basic: 300 changes a month
Pro: no monthly limit

Your details stay here

Your name, email, phone number and profile links are never sent to the assistant. It sees placeholders, and ProfilHQ fills in the real details on your resume.
The assistant only reaches your own account, and only after you press Allow.
New resumes start private. Nothing is published unless you ask.
Disconnect any time in Settings → Connected assistants, or remove the connector in the assistant.

If something does not work

Sign-in fails or the page says the app cannot go ahead: Check the address is exactly the one above, with https and www, then remove the connector and add it again.
The assistant says it cannot do something listed here: Assistants read the list of abilities when they connect. Disconnect and connect again to pick up new ones.
It says this month’s changes are used up: The count starts again on the 1st of the month. You can still make the change yourself on ProfilHQ, or see plans.
It cannot create anything: Confirm your email address first: open the confirmation email ProfilHQ sent when you signed up.
